Roberto founded SolveED Academy to make Irish childcare training clearer and give each organisation a place for its own knowledge. He holds a degree in Primary Education and a master’s in Educational Technology.
He has trained over 250 educators, online and in person. That teaching experience shapes SolveED’s practical courses: clear explanations, everyday examples and learning people can revisit.
SolveED brings that training in Spanish and English together with courses your organisation creates, so your team can understand both the Irish context and the way your creche works.

What can our team start with?
The SolveED Core induction is available now in Spanish and English. Created by Roberto, it introduces everyday routines, responsibilities and expectations in Irish childcare, with knowledge checks, a final exam and verifiable certificates. Further SolveED courses are coming soon.
Can we create our own academy and courses?
Yes. Create and adapt courses around your creche’s routines, policies, procedures and training needs. Your courses sit alongside SolveED’s in your organisation’s academy. Assign them to your team and follow progress and completed training in the same platform.
Is SolveED only for staff arriving from Spain?
No. The Spanish-language Core supports educators getting to know Irish childcare, including those arriving from Spain. Core is also available in English, and your organisation can create training for new starters and existing staff across your whole team.
Are our own courses automatically translated?
No. Spanish and English are available for SolveED Core. Your organisation chooses the language and content of the courses it creates.
What do the assessments and certificates show?
Knowledge checks and exams record assessment results. Training records and verifiable certificates show completed learning, for both SolveED courses and your own courses that meet their assessment requirements. They support follow-up; practical observation and support in the room remain part of your team’s induction.
Can we manage training across several creches?
