Meet the founder
Roberto Ruiz Sánchez has worked in Irish childcare since 2022, from educator to centre management. With a degree in Primary Education and a master’s in Educational Technology, he brings teaching experience and a practical understanding of life in a creche.
Over two years, he trained more than 200 educators in person, helping them understand Irish childcare routines and expectations. That work is at the heart of SolveED: explain clearly, make learning relevant and support the people doing the job.
Today, Roberto combines SolveED with managing a centre of 150 children and 30 staff.
A few useful answers
The details that help you picture SolveED in your organisation.
Yes. Create and adapt courses around your centre’s practices, routines and team. Assign your own courses alongside SolveED training, and follow both through the same learning and training records.
SolveED Core is a practical induction course for work in Irish childcare, created by Roberto. It helps educators understand everyday routines, expectations and ways of working, including people moving from a background in Primary Education in Spain into an Irish creche.
SolveED Core is available in English and Spanish. Your organisation chooses the content and language of its own courses; these are not automatically translated.
Training records show completed learning and assessment results, with verifiable certificates for completed courses that meet their assessment requirements. This applies to both SolveED courses and your organisation’s courses. These are learning records: managers can use them alongside observation and support in the room.
Yes. Organise your people and training across your centres, with management views according to each person’s role. In the demo, we’ll show you how this works for your organisation.
