Who we are

This website, solveed.ie, is run by Roberto Ruiz Sánchez, trading as SolveED (“we”, “us”), K36 XD78, Ireland, who is the controller responsible for your personal data. For any question about your data, email roberto@solveed.ie.

What this notice covers

This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit solveed.ie or contact us through the website form, email, WhatsApp, or a SolveED lead form on a social network such as LinkedIn. It does not cover the SolveED Academy learning platform (academy.solveed.ie).

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, company or creche, email address, phone number and message, and, if you choose, your role and number of creches.
• How you found us: if the link you followed contained campaign tags (for example from a LinkedIn or Instagram advert), we add those tags and the name of the website that sent you (for example www.linkedin.com) to your enquiry. This tells us which campaign or post led to it. We do not use it to follow you across other websites.
• Email and WhatsApp: your email address or phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the messages you send us.
• Social network lead forms: the details you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, company and job title.
• Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and basic request information to deliver and protect the website. When you send the form, we keep short-lived counters based on a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse; they expire within two hours. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

Please do not send us information about children or other sensitive personal details.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and arrange any call or demonstration you ask for. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To understand which campaigns bring enquiries, using only the tags described above. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring our marketing.
• To keep the website and form secure. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing messages. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Who receives it

• Service providers that host the website, handle the form, and deliver and store email: Cloudflare, Resend and our email provider. They act on our instructions.
• Google, for the fonts described above.
• WhatsApp (Meta) and LinkedIn, when you choose to contact us through them. Their own privacy policies apply to your use of those services.
• Authorities, where the law requires us to share information.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some of these providers are based in, or may process data in, countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where that happens, the transfer relies on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, as set out in each provider’s terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact. If an enquiry leads to a customer relationship, we keep what that relationship needs for as long as it requires. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of the data you gave us. Email roberto@solveed.ie and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland at www.dataprotection.ie.

Changes to this notice

If the way we handle personal data changes, we will update this page and its date.
